less than the average wood scaffold plank, steel scaffolding is stiffer over any given span,reducing bounce and providing

a more stable platform.

JIS G3444.These are made available in random lengths of 3M to 6M or of required cut length painted in desired color.

Straightness:0.002 times length.

Flattening test: Flatten the piece keeping the weld at 0°& 90°till 75% of O.D. with any cracks on the weld.

And further flatten up to 60% ensure that no cracks in the metal other than weld.

A mandrel of 33.70mm to go freely on both sides for a minimum length of 200mm.
